How did we get here?

Carp.com Ltd's first cast took place early in 2003. The company was founded by Richard Fox who guides the company by his personal touch and hands-on approach, despite the growth and expansion which has taken place ever since day one. We are based in Essex, England.

Initially an Internet only business, Carp.com has successfully moved into Mail Order, via the Internet and via advertising in Fishing Magazines. Here are a few facts:

Frequently Asked Questions

I've forgotten my password

No problem. Just go to the Log In page then click onto "Send Me My Password". Enter your registered email address then click "Send Me My Password". We'll do just that. If there's anything else we can help you with, just email us at support@carp.com.

I haven't received my order yet

Most products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days, but if the item is out of stock or if there's a postal delay for whatever reason, it's inevitable that your order will take slightly longer to reach you. If an item is out of stock we will either call or email you with an update on your order. We have to allow 7 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, and we'll be on the case as soon as the 7 days are up if you contact us to tell us there's a problem. We take Customer Service very seriously indeed so if there is any delay, we need to hear from you pronto.

I've received duplicates in my order

Don't panic! Please return the duplicated item, UNOPENED, to the address below via recorded delivery. When we've received the item we'll be able to begin the process of refunding your card.

My Country isn't listed on the order page

Carp.com currently supplies goods to many countries all over the globe. If you're feeling left out of the action, just email us or give us a ring and we'll see what we can do for you.

Delivery

We know you'd rather be fishing than waiting for the postman, and that's why we've arranged a fast, efficient delivery service direct to your home. Most orders are processed and delivered normally within 3-7 working days from payment anywhere within the UK mainland. UK mainland delivery starts from under £1.00 rising to £6.00 next day delivery. Obviously, deliveries world-wide might take longer.
