  1. Some lovely fish. Well done guys!... March has been kind to me. Actually it's probably been the best month of fishing I've ever had.
  2. 10kg of boilies 10kg of crumb (which is all sorted)
  3. In need of a little help. May be a bit of a novice question but I have little experience with fresh/frozen baits. I'm heading to France for a week long session on the 21st. My bait is being rolled on the 18th & delivered on the 20th so I'm assuming it's coming fresh. How long will it last in this state? If I need to air dry etc will 24hrs be enough to preserve it? Thanks in advance
  4. Anyone can say a lake is easy when they haven't fished it. I've smashed redmire to bits in my head many times [emoji2] it was easy. Just carry on enjoying your fishing mate. We don't go to blank. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  5. The rig is actually quite simple. It's tied from fluoro (which I had no confidence in) but the lake has turned gin clear in the past few weeks. Watching carp spook off my rigs whilst stalking prompted me to ring the changes. Just a curve shank hook. Knotless knot but trim off the hair and add a bait stop and swivel. Think they call it the german rig??? No nuts on the lake. So the bait is a p-nut+ wafter from velocity. The lake is around 3.5 acres and stock at a guess is around 50 to 60 fish. With a mixture of the old originals and around 20 of your favourite simmos [emoji2] also holds some de
  6. Caught this old beaten up warrior in the early hours. A one-eyed parrot mouth. 4 fish on a new rig I thought I'd try. So a nice confidence boost going into the colder months. The hook holds were very good. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  7. Had a double take yesterday...it was frantic to say the least. First up was this common at 23lb 12oz
  8. Are you joking? Posting photos on this forum has come at a high cost....I've developed a rather large head [emoji50] it would never fit over I'm afraid. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
