justcarpn
Does anyone know how to make them? I have a idea on it but was just wanting to know if anyone out here has mass with them. I would like to know more about them. I need to come up with some that will last an hour or so in the water. that will give off a lot of flavor. brooklands
Lorann oils give off a lot of flavor in a doughball, especially the Cinnamon.
ianain
Cheese paste, mix bread crumbs with cheese. Blue cheese is good if you can stand the smell. If you are struggleing with the paste coming off, then you can use something like 8mm tube on a hair. Others you can try are spring / coil, matchstick, wall plug etc.. hope you get the gist. dunkel
Are you molding it on the hook or a spring/bead hair rig style? Does it matter what it's made of, as in do you prefer an oat base, or chow base etc. I know how to make an oat doughball that stays on the hook/spring/bead well and works very well. I caught 4 wild river carp over 20 on it last year. If the fish are there you won't need it to sit an hour, they love it.
