Good evening lads whilst  tidying the shed out I cam across these an Apollo tubular steel rod made in England . Cormoran black star winkle picker ,And Cormoran classic feeder with 2 tips Thease are not for sale so I think I can put them on here if not please delete my post Can anybody shed any light on them I think the Cormoran came from Germany please correct me if I am wrong Thanks in advance Bill

I saw an Accles and Pollack tubular steel rod auctioned for £300 a year ago, so in good condition they can be quite valuable depending on the scarcity of the model. The production of steel tubed rods never really took off as fibreglass took over and production of the rods in steel was limited.

nb accles and pollack started making rolled steel fishing rods in 1947 but they are still making them now under the company name capparo accles and pollack, so if you have got an old original one in good nick = specialist auction.
